In-house Auditor

New Light Energy Design is a leading contractor of lighting efficiency services for commercial facilities in the Bay Area. We are a green industry company helping customers improve their lighting environment while reducing operational costs and environmental impact. We are a values-based business focusing on integrity, efficiency, and balance.

We are seeking an experienced lighting efficiency auditor to be our in-house auditor.

Responsibilities:

• Perform audits assigned: Take detailed notes of existing lighting and make efficient lighting recommendations to maximize customer rebate & savings while improving light quality throughout the facility
• Enter audit into our excel based proposal template and upload to our online Leads Tracker
• Pre-inspect jobs sold by our sales people (review another's audit for accuracy and collect facility information for the installation)
• Pass-off jobs to Foreman with on-site or verbal walk-through of paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 yr. lighting efficiency auditing experience in commercial facilities
• Adept at internet research/email, MS Office products, and Google docs
• Well developed communication and work standards
• Committed to local, green economy and energy efficiency

Compensation: $10/hr base pay plus:

• 3% commission on all in-house leads that close
• Net pay potential of $15 - $30+/hr.
