Human Resources Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director is a strategic partner, employee advocate, administrator and champion for change. The director develops,  implements and maintains human resources polices, practices and objectives surrounding compliance, staffing, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and development to support the achievement of the Company’s business and strategic goals and to develop and support a positive, employee-oriented, superior workforce. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Legal Compliance

  • Employee relations

  • Recruiting, onboarding and position descriptions

  • People development and training

  • Company-wide communication

  • Policies and procedures

  • Compensation

  • Performance management

  • Budget and planning

  • Benefit program administration

  • Human resources information systems 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience in related areas is required

  • A minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience is required

  • PHR or SPHR certification required
