Description
The Gehrlicher Group plans, constructs and provides maintenance to photovoltaic roof top and ground-mounted systems of all sizes since 1994.
Responsibilities:
Secure project pipeline (distributed generation) in NJ / East Coast:
- Generate leads: Identify suitable hosts (roof / ground mounted)
- Establish relationships with partners to generate leads (project developers, real estate broker, etc.)
- Commercial and technical prequalification
- Systematic sales approach to hosts and follow-up of leads brought to us by third parties until closing (signing of PPA & SL)
- Identify and generate EPC opportunities
Build up project origination activities (Phase 2):
- Build up project pipeline in other East coast states
- Build up a team of sales people
Opportunities for Development:

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 4-8 years professional experience, thereof at least 5 years of sales experience (B2B)
- Excellent Selling and consulting skills for complex sales cycles at all levels
- Knowledge in Solar technology and components
- Proficiency/Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and high team orientation
- Ability to multitask Personality Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
