Greening Internship

Naturopathica is a botanical skincare line and holistic spa based in East Hampton, New York. Our mission is to inspire healthy lifestyles through innovative natural products and wellness education.

Naturopathica is seeking an enthusiastic individual to conduct in-depth research related to corporate greening initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Lifecycle assessment of corporate business practices
• Lifecycle assessment of travel carbon footprint
• Participate in corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Team meetings
• Vendor environmental statement collection and review
• Advise on continuing greening initiatives
• Develop carbon offset plan

Requirements:

• Must be self starter with excellent time and project management skills
• Familiarity and understanding of eco-friendly business practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Background in spa industry or skincare industry a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Looking for a 3-4 month commitment. 16-24 hours per week. This is a non-paid position with opportunity for learning and/or college credit.
