This position will be based in 3 Phases Energy's new St. Louis, Missouri office.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Company/Division: 3 Phases Energy Services LLC, Utility Partnerships/Green Certificates Start Date: April 1, 2006
3 Phases Energy is seeking an energetic, dependable and detail oriented individual to assume responsibility for a variety of efforts including: Community Outreach, Office Management, and Marketing Support on a full or part-time basis in support of a best-in-industry team that will market renewable energy to the diverse customer base of a large investor owned utility. This candidate will be responsible for successfully supporting the marketing and implementation of a utility green pricing program, including outreach and marketing to corporate, industrial, residential, and small commercial customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Research, manage, support and staff events throughout Missouri and Illinois
* Marketing management support; including interfacing with creative design agencies, outreach contractors, key personnel, customer communications groups, and internal marketing support in San Francisco
* Schedule and manage outreach presentations, and actively seek out relevant engagements; service organizations, nonprofits, community and public and private employer groups
* Maintain consistent link of communication between all stakeholders and 3 Phases Energy St. Louis, able to provide information, receive and respond to all requests
* Assisting in office administrative and office setup projects as required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 4 year college degree
* 1-5 years experience in one or more of the following fields: environment, sustainability, renewable energy or utilities, preferably in a marketing role
* Familiarity with the peoples, cultures, mindset, and organizations of Eastern Missouri, urban and suburban St. Louis, and southern and central Illinois a plus.
* Ability to multitask, problem solve and think outside of the box
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office
* Proven Internet and secondary research skills
* Attention to detail and quality
* Well-organized
* Professional communication skills; listening, verbal & written
* Strong follow up and communication skills on ongoing projects
* Demonstration of basic clerical/administrative skills
* Desire to learn and take on new responsibility
* Internally motivated, knowledge seeker on own time
