Description

Want To Make a Difference? UrbanGreen is an entrepreneurial consultancy, seeking the best talent. We don't have 'slots to fill.' We find great people and build our organization around them. Our best people are motivated, self-directed individuals who are driven by the values of sustainability and a passion for building a better environment. We want people who are visionary but practical, agile but rigorous.

We are looking for undergraduate or graduate student interns with interest in sustainable development and conservation-based land planning to provide project support.

Interns will be expected to provide graphic support, research, image management, and help with administrative tasks (filing, library organization, plotting, etc.). Our current scope includes large scale planned communities and urban infill projects in the US, Canada, Australia and Abu Dhabi.

Candidates should be motivated, self-directed, organized, and detail oriented with excellent time management. We work with tight deadlines, and you'll need to be able to deliver thoughtful and accurate work products. Required skills include: MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD 2005.

If this is you, send a brief email (jobs@urbangreen.net) explaining why you want to join UrbanGreen, what skills you can bring to our team, and a description of your experience and interests. Don't just send us a resume: we want to know what makes you tick and how you will help us do something totally awesome for the world.

Start Date: Flexible
