With nearly 300 LEED and sustainable building projects under our belts, including 44 LEED rated, Paladino and Company is an industry leading green building consulting firm seeking motivated and philosophically aligned engineering and architecture professionals to work solely on high performance projects
As Green Building Project Specialist you will:
- Perform basic research, shelf data collection and information organization
- Provide information analysis utilizing existing tool suites
- Provide technical and analytical support to project teams
- Provide LEED documentation management and support
The primary focus of this position is technical support to project teams and senior staff. The successful candidate shall demonstrate the ability to work under guided supervision and work well with diverse groups and interests. Project work entails execution of directed research and analytical activities, project coordination and technical support. This support position offers learning potential to professionals newly entering the field. Travel is not anticipated.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A degree in sustainable building, architecture, engineering, or allied field
- 2 to 3 years professional experience with demonstrated skill progression
- LEED Accredited Professional or LEED project experience preferred
- Strong writing skills and technical presentation ability
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of graphic and layout software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, InDesign etc.)
- A sense of humor and a knack for innovation, problem solving and negotiating positive results
