Position Overview

NatureWorks Landscape is seeking talented, enthusiastic gardeners, horticulturalists, perennial specialists and those interested in plant health care to enhance our amazing Gardening Division. The Fine Gardener is a professional, full-time, hourly position from March to December (with potential for snow services during the winter). Location is in Walpole, Massachusetts (traveling to client locations in the MetroWest area of Boston). 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Outside amongst some of the premier property gardens in Metro West Boston
• Leading a skilled team to achieve the day's goals
• Utilizing support of Field Manager, Training Coordinator, fellow team members
• Using state of the art equipment and vehicles to make your job easier
• A clear, well communicated plan to start your day
• Enjoy a beautiful facility to relax and socialize when your day is complete

Qualifications

• Will have 1 to 3 years Fine Gardening experience and strong horticulture knowledge
• Is passionate about working outdoors, honing their horticultural skills and knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing their experience with others
• Takes pride in their work
• Pesticide license preferred (or the ability to acquire one within 6 months)
• MCLP or MCH license/certification preferred
