Farm Manager

<bDuties:

Position begins
January 5, 2004.

This position
requires excellent management and organizational skills, ability
to oversee a budget of $135,000+ and a 6+ acre farm, work in
partnership with an active Board of Directors and represent
CFO in local and agricultural communities.

Terms:

Salary: $30,000 plus benefits including 20
days paid vacation to be taken off-season.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience
  in organic farm management, CSA, and working for a nonprofit
  organization is preferred.
• Ability to and interest in working with
  volunteers and shareholders of various ages and abilities is
  preferred.
• The Farm Manager will supervise two Assistant
  Growers, six worksharers and two agricultural apprentices.
