World Challenge Expeditions is a youth development organization specializing in adventure education for over 14 years. Through the support and involvement of schools, parents and students WCE offer programs that run in conjunction with and compliment the school's curriculum.
Centered on Challenge, Participation and Environment, our expeditions offer a hands-on learning experience that incorporates many academic and life skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive global market. The challenge is a 15-20 month program culminating in a 1 month expedition to Asia, Africa or Latin America. The expedition is run by the 'Challengers' but facilitated by an Expedition Leader. The Challengers are responsible for the planning and funding of the expedition under the eye of an Program Manager to ensure a journey of physical adventure which builds a Challenger's confidence and self esteem.
Do you want to lead a team of young people on a challenging 1 month expedition to Africa, South America or Asia. WCE has in excess of 300 expeditions departing early June to mid August. If you are over 23 and have developing world experience and have worked in the outdoors with 15-18 year olds then why not broaden your horizons and join us this summer.
Qualifications:
1 - Developing world travel experience
2 - Experince of working with 15-18 year olds 3 - ML (Summer) assessment or equivalent
Salary and Benefits: All expenses paid and fee dependent on experience and qualifications.
