Position Overview
Force Brands has been tasked with identifying a skilled Executive Coordinator of Special Projects with a Growing Beverage Company based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
- Support CEO in all aspects of company
- Participate in research projects for the company
- Lead special projects and work cross-functionally with all departments
- Support the construction and build out of company headquarters
- Coordinate scheduling and traveling of CEO and some travel with CEO
- Take meeting minutes and communicate out to all effected parties
- Excellent organizational and management techniques
- Keeps CEO and management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; watchful of trends.
- Should be passionate about changing the food system
- Manage visitors and coordinate appointments
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- College Degree preferred along with 2-5+ years of executive and or administrative research or project coordinating experience
- Previous experience in food enterprises, sustainable agriculture and advocacy a plus
- Demonstrate extraordinary communication skills
- Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and up-mange others
- Interact positively and with grace with internal and external individuals
- Comfort ability and skills with technology and commonly used business software
