Esty Environmental Partners works with clients to develop environmental strategies that systematically address their company and industry challenges. Position Overview:
We are looking for hard-working research associates to join the Boston, MA or Washington, DC offices. Good prospective candidates will have a deep interest in the environment/business interface, and strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Working under the direction of the firm's partners and consultants, our research associates are core members of client project teams that are responsible for delivering high-impact environmental strategy consulting services.

Qualifications:
1. 1 - 3 years work experience as an analyst at a top-tier management consulting firm.
2. Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school, strong academic record.
3. Strong interest in corporate environmental strategy and management. Environmental management work experience or training a strong plus but not required.
4. Ability to rapidly gather information, execute and present persuasive analyses. Quantitative analysis skills, including the ability to use Excel. Experience developing and executing primary consumer research a plus.
5. Very strong organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated follow-through.
6. Ability to execute exceptional quality work as part of a collaborative problem solving team.
7. Great oral and written communication skills; mastery of PowerPoint, Word, and other communications programs.
