Position Overview:

If so, Exopack has an exciting EHS Manager opportunity for you in Menasha, Wisconsin!
Menasha, WI is in the heart of the beautiful Fox Valley on the northwest shore of Lake Winnebago, approximately 30 miles south of Green Bay. The Menasha Plant is a premiere Exopack Facility with 230 employees, over 400,000 square feet and significant recent capital investments.
The EHS Manager will provide leadership in driving continuous improvement of the environmental, health and safety effort across the Menasha site.
Working with all levels of the organization, this individual will utilize a teamwork approach to communicate, train, educate, and consult work groups to promote and ensure environmental, health, and safety excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities of the position include:
- Development and maintenance of health and safety programs and procedures;
- Management of regulatory requirements including air emission permitting, recordkeeping and reporting;
- Hazardous waste management;
- Administration of industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring and sampling;
- Coordination and facilitation of the site safety committee;
- Conducting individual and group training sessions;
- Administration of safety incident reporting program;
- Implementation and maintenance of behavior based safety program;
- Lead the plant Safety Committees, incident investigation process, injury management, conduct safety training, etc.; and,
- This is a hands-on position.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing and/or chemical business.
- BS Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Nationally recognized certification preferred (i.e. P.E., CIH, QEP, CHMM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient in database and spreadsheet software.
Experienced with one or more of the following:
- Implementation/management of a robust behavior-based safety program.
- Flammable liquids safety management.
- Major air emissions source subject to Title V and MACT.
- Site designated as a large quantity generator of hazardous waste.
