Position Overview
We currently have an opportunity for an entry to mid-level Environmental Engineer in our Madison, WI office's Geotechnical Engineering and Solid Waste Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Providing a support role in permitting, designing, and constructing solid waste facilities and environmental projects.
- Work will include a wide variety of solid waste design, environmental permitting, storm water management and construction projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Candidate should possess excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to work with engineering and CADD/GIS services to accomplish project objectives.
- Candidate should possess solid technical and problem solving skills, strong math skills, and a desire to work in the solid waste/environmental field.
- Stormwater, geotechnical engineering, landfill gas system, and solid waste design skills are a plus.
Required Experience:
- It is essential that the candidate has a minimum of a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geological Engineering, or a related field of study.
