As part of this growth, we are currently seeking Junior and Senior Environmental Consultants for our Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas offices.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the management of large national and international due diligence projects in support of Industrial Mergers, Divestitures and Acquisitions.
  • You will perform property due diligence, environmental compliance auditing and evaluation of environmental liabilities at commercial and industrial sites.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting with business development efforts in those practice areas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of consulting/due diligence work experience.
  • State & federal regulatory knowledge (RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, OSHA, PCB & Clean Air Act)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines within budget.
  • A take-charge disposition & ability to complete client specified scope of work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to travel overnight and work in an industrial setting.
  • BS degree in Sciences, Engineering; advance degree a plus.
