Environmental Communications Specialist

Position Overview: 

If you have a background/interest in both environmental science and communications, ERG has an exciting entry-level opportunity to join the team in our Arlington, Virginia office.

Responsibilities: 

• Database and spreadsheet management;
• Partnership program support; and
• Staffing a Helpline. 

Qualifications: 

• Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in environmental science or policy;
• 0 to 2 years of experience;
• A superb eye for detail;
• Outstanding writing and organizational skills;
• And a talent for creative problem-solving;
• Candidate should be fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access;
• Candidate should demonstrate the ability to be able to multi-task and juggle many projects and demands; and
• Familiarity with database management, solid waste issues, and water conservation is a plus.
