Energy Service Contract Manager

Position Overview  

We are looking for a Service Supervisor to join our Sales / Business Development Team. 

Responsibilities  

• Supervise daily activities of the assigned service crew. 
• Meet with prospective Customers - prepare PM contracts - bid and spec proposals and more.
• The Service Supervisor is a member of the sales & service management team, and will be responsible for the performance of the service team technicians. 
• This position requires a familiarity with various industrial equipment and the ability to supervise a union workforce. 
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, have great time management, and productive.
• Act on behalf of the company to address service issues with the customer, and that response times for service are met in accordance with the applicable contract.
• Prepare service estimates for billable work , monitor status of billable repairs, and assist with the invoice creation by providing backup information to the Assistant Service Support Manager as needed.  

Qualifications 

Job Requirements: 

• Knowledge of commercial MEP systems required.
• Must be familiar with government contracting procedures.
• Knowledge of Energy Management Systems and automated equipment controls preferred.
• Familiar with computers and MicroSoft Office (Excel, MS Project, Word, Outlook, etc.) required.
