Position Overview
We are looking for an Energy Sales Auditor that will primarily be calling on customers with an offering of upgrading their current lighting system and other energy saving measures throughout the SCE&G territory. This position will be trained in energy efficient lighting auditing and design.
Responsibilities
- Auditing and designing energy efficiency upgrade measures.
- FSG will train and provide all hardware and software needed to perform their job.
- Presenting energy efficient proposals to customers with the intent to sell the project and obtain the customers signature on the agreement.
- Data Entry of audit information into tablet form.
- Cold Calling, Door to Door Selling and leads generated by utility and FSG will all be part of the effort to sell this program to the core eligible customer list.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual goals provided by FSG. This will consist of number of customers signed up, audited and sold.
- Work with FSG Utility Group and local FSG leaders to continually improve efficiencies and communication.
- Daily functions will include registering, auditing and selling multiple businesses per day.
- Responsible for learning the FSG internal software system.
- Reporting weekly activities into FSG's CRM system, ZOHO.

Education/Experience
- College degree or minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Language Skills
- Must possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
- Must possess the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Must possess the ability to effectively present information to management.
Mathematical Skills
- Must possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Must possess the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Must possess the ability to read and analyze a financial statement.
Reasoning Ability
- Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must possess the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must have a valid driver's license.
