Description
The America National Standards Institute (ANSI) serves as the U.S. accreditation body for the Superior Energy Performance (SEP) program. SEP is a certification program that provides industrial facilities with a road map for achieving continual improvement in energy efficiency. The program will provide a transparent, globally accepted system for verifying energy performance improvements and management practices. It is anticipated that the SEP program will launch second quarter of 2012. More information available here.
About the ANSI Accreditation Program: The American National Standards Institute, a non-profit organization and the voice of the U.S. standards and conformity assessment system seeks to promote quality, consistency and competency through accredited third party validation and verification of emission assertions.
