Through our innovative green jobs training and placement program, which combines classroom training, mentoring and fieldwork, participants gain invaluable real-world, hands-on experience and concrete energy auditing and project management skills that are applicable across a wide spectrum of career opportunities in the emerging Green Economy. 

Program Overview 

Envirolution1's Win-Win Campaign is an energy efficiency technical training and fellowship program, combined with an energy efficiency outreach, education and implementation assistance initiative for small businesses. We also provide paid internship opportunities, job placement assistance and additional professional certification (i.e. BPI, LEED, CEA) test-prep training. 

Tier I -- Level 1 Auditing + Sales Auditing

• Level 1 Energy Efficiency Excel Tool
• Small Business Incentives
• Outreach, Sales & Marketing 

Tier II -- Level 2 Auditing + HVAC + Billing Analysis & Benchmarking 

• Heating Systems
• Cooling Systems
• Billing Analysis
• Benchmarking & Energy Score Cards
• Building performance training 

Benefits 

• JOB PLACEMENT assistance upon successful completion (with over 80% placement success rate within 3 months)
• Average salary range upon placement: $35k - $65k

• 60 hours hands-on fellowship field work
• 12 completed energy audit reports for your portfolio

Costs 

Course costs range from $900 - $1500. We can also customize to your goals.

We Will Never Turn Anyone Away Solely Based On Financial Limitations! 

• We provide upfront payment discounts as well as payment plans.
• We even provide deferment options which can be paid after you find employment!
• Each session we pledge to scholarship 1-2 candidates through our workforce partners. 

Dates & Commitment 

Participation in the entire program requires a commitment of 130 hours total (72 hours of in-class training + 60 hours of fellowship field work) over an 8-week or 4-week period.

• 8 week nights and wWeekends Course
  Tier 1 -- 4 Weeks
• 2 Saturday classes from, 9-5pm and 8 Weeknight classes, Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 6-9pm

Tier 2- 4 Weeks

• 2 Saturday classes from, 9-5pm and 8 Weeknight classes,
• Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 6-9pm

OR

4 week daytime Accerlated course 

Tier 1- 1 Week 

• 6 Weekday Classes, Monday --Friday + 1 Extra Monday, from 9-5pm 

Tier 2- 3 Weeks 

• Monday-Thursday from 9-12pm 

Note: Both tiers include approximately a total of 60 hrs. of field work in addition to the above in class hours.

Next night/weekend course begins July 12 - and is held in NYC; and next accelerated course begins July 14 - Held in New Rochelle.
