Position Overview:
To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate to assist in execution of a demand-side management program engagement. The position is based in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing incentive applications
- Entering customer and incentive information
- Project status tracking
- Interfacing with account managers, technical specialists, QA/QC specialists, and our client.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have an interest, knowledge and/or experience in energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and products
- Excellent MS Excel skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Access and/or other database systems a plus.
- Excellent time management, written and oral communications and analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities
