Position Overview:
TrustElement is looking to expand our energy efficiency advisory and professional services practice. You will be expected to contribute in helping evolve TrustElement's energy efficiency consulting discipline to the next level. The Energy Efficiency Consultant will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients in a range of industrial process and building performance capacities. You will also be expected to have a thorough understanding of energy topics, including but not limited to optimization, planning, performance, and compliance.

This is an exciting, high-profile, future-focused opportunity to play a key role at the heart of Energy Efficiency Solutions at TrustElement. Consultants play a pivotal role in the delivery of our client engagements, driving projects on behalf of TrustElement and with responsibility for TrustElement representation within strategic energy efficiency consulting working groups.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, design and implement plans for energy efficiency and optimization
- Perform energy / demand assessments / audits of buildings and processes, including the use of eQuest, DOE2.2, EnergyPro, other analytical tools
- Perform site-specific engineering analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency projects and programs involving industrial process equipment, such as pumps, fans and compressed air systems, complex central plant systems and advanced HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with energy efficiency managers to improve data quality, gathering and reporting
- Prepare reports and deliverables for internal stakeholders, as well as external disclosure and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified
- PE / CEM certification is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years knowledge of relevant energy planning, modeling and efficiency consulting
