Complete Home Solutions provides total energy solutions for the homeowner interested in energy savings and comfort improvement measures for their homes. We offer comprehensive energy audits as well as perform the recommended energy efficient improvements. We proudly work with the homeowner to help save energy, and reduce their monthly bills. Complete Home Solutons is a member of the Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. Our auditors are certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
Position Overview:
We are in need of Energy Auditors to perform energy audits in residential buildings, record the results of the audits through our data collection process, and perform blower door and combustion safety testing. We prefer BPI certification, but will be willing to work with the right individual to train and mentor.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Driver's license: You must have a valid driver license. We provide company vehicles, but you will be required to report to the field office each morning.
- Mobility: You will be expected to perform a comprehensive audit, which includes accessing all rooms of the house, attics and crawl spaces. Accessiblity may include climbing ladders and stairs. You will also be required to carry equipment to and from the car, which includes lifting up to 40lbs.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication skills (will be required to interact with the homeowner).
- Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification a plus
- Knowledge of the home Improvement/Construction process
- Sales experience a plus
- Computer literary required.
Compensation: Commission based salary with expected earning of $35-$50K.
