Draftsperson/Designer

Tierra Sol y Mar, Inc., a small architecture firm in Venice specializing in sustainable design since 1994, is looking for a full time designer / draftsperson.

 

Responsibilities would include drafting construction documents, plan check corrections, 3D modeling and some schematic design. Must be proficient in VectorWorks; experience in Sketch Up and any other 3D programs is a plus.

Among current projects are "green" single family residences and remodels in Huntington Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Hancock Park; a straw bale house / set for a feature film, and a "green" warehouse and studio in Hollywood.
