Position Overview:

The Director of Sales Channel Management will own and manage Miasole's comprehensive relationship with the solar distributors and dealers in the US.  This person will be responsible for:  business planning, sales, sales forecasting, technical training, joint marketing, lead management and related activities.  The Director of Sales Channel Management will be evaluated semi-annually on the following metrics: revenue generation, new customer acquisition, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Develop specific goals for the US market
* Manage the pipeline of opportunities for channel customers
* Monitor and report on channel sales
* Develop channel marketing plans
* Develop strong relationships with all channel customers
* Design customer satisfaction plan
* Identify new product opportunities in the channel market
* Define channel policies for administering accounts (order management, product fulfillment)
* Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction
* Review deal pipeline on a quarterly basis with Miasole' executive team
* Develop pricing strategies for channel customers

Qualifications:

* Ten or more years channel sales experience
* Eight years of selling and generating revenue in an indirect sales model
* Minimum 10 years management experience
* Results driven, with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability for business results
* Proven track record in a high growth market
* Ability to think strategically and drive change
* Team leadership skills with ability to successfully negotiate, influence, and direct outcomes
* Bachelor Degree/MBA preferred
