Director of Sustainable Design

Privately held national real estate developer seeks an experienced candidate capable of working with senior management to establish sustainable design policies/goals and help Time Equities, Inc. (TEI) become a national leader in Green/sustainable building design and maintenance. 

Responsibilities:

1. Educate company staff about importance of conservation of natural resources and the threats of global climate change 
2. Provide project by project sustainable design input to all TEI project managers, asset managers and strategic partners. 
3. Establishing achievable company-wide sustainable design goals and policy  
4. Determine measures to implement sustainable design goals 
5. Communicate those measures to TEI management staff  
6. Ensure that TEI management communicates sustainable design goals to all third party managers and joint venture development partners 
7. Provide support in the implementation of sustainable design goals  
8. Monitoring compliance at TEI properties

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering 
• LEED Accredited Professional 
• Past sustainable design experience is a plus.
