Position Overview 

This leadership position is responsible for the direction, growth, and management of the Service operation by optimizing revenue potential, leveraging resources and facilitating process improvement.

Responsibilities  

The major responsibilities include: 

• Creating a benchmark service facility in the Bay area; Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve profitable growth for aftermarket and service in the South Eastern and Southern USA;
• Collaborating with business development and sales teams to evaluate, recommend and implement opportunities; Developing and implementing processes; and
• Driving a customer-centric culture through leadership and development of the aftermarket and service team. 

Qualifications  

• You have post-secondary education in Business or Engineering and significant experience in after-market service in a larger organization, and possess strong business acumen in a related industry.
• You have demonstrated strong competency in communication, negotiation, and have led an organization to achieve growth through your drive for results, strategic agility and ability to build and lead teams to high performance levels.
• Your effective communication skills in English and recent achievement growing a business/segment are necessary to succeed.
• You possess a valid driver's license and passport, and are eligible to work in the USA.
• You must be willing to travel up to 75% throughout the US to company locations with occasional international travel.
