Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination of all operational activities related to PV Solar installation (residential and light commercial):

• Scheduling jobs and people
• Ordering & Materials
• Permitting
• Installation
• Quality & Cost Control

Qualifications:

• Proficient in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
• More than 3 years of PV installation experience
• Understanding of the NEC codes that relate to PV installations
• Must have excellent customer relation and communication skills
• Must have excellent PC skills
• Must be very organized, and be able to meet aggressive timelines
