Bloc Design Build, LLC, has created within the last 6 months a new division named Renewable Energy Solutions to perform energy audits and to design and install renewable energy projects such as solar panels, wind turbines, and solar hot water heating. We are searching for a person who will work under the direction of the General Manager to develop this new division of an existing company.
Bloc Design Build is a subsidiary of an established engineering firm and winner of the 2009 Zweig White Hot Firm 200 Contest as one of the fastest growing engineering, architectural, and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada - KSA Engineers, Inc. Responsibilities:
- Develop financing relationships.
- Develop and implement workflow processes.
- Develop supplier networks.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage and schedule installers.
- Identify training opportunities for installers.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills necessary for the establishment of a thriving division from the ground up:
- Prior experience in the areas of energy audits and renewable energy projects preferred.
- Certification as a solar panel installer or energy auditor preferred.
- Prior sales and management experience with small companies.
- Independent initiative.
Prior experience with startup companies is a plus.
