The Environmental Defense Center is a Santa Barbara nonprofit environmental law firm and program center.

Position Overview: 

The Environmental Defense Center seeks a Director of Development responsible for implementing comprehensive fund development strategies.  Duties include direct interaction with donors, grant writing, direct mail, membership, events, database management, planned giving.  Direct report to E.D.  

Qualifications: 

Minimum 5+ years experience required, preferably at nonprofit. 

Compensation: F/T + benefits.
