LTSCC is seeking its first Development Director!
The Development Director will be responsible for expanding and coordinating the organization's fundraising and development program under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and in cooperation with the staff, Fundraising Committee, and Board of Trustees.
Qualities we are looking for include a minimum three years of progressively responsible fundraising experience; experience in managing large donor development, major gift and grant prospecting, and planned giving are especially desirable, as is the ability to work in small office; computer skills; and a sense of humor.
Duties entail:
*developing and implementing an annual fundraising plan for cultivating, soliciting and acknowledging gifts from individuals, foundations, corporations and other members of the community
*providing staff support to the Executive Director, members of the Board of Trustees, Fundraising Committee and other volunteers to help implement annual giving plan
*developing and conducting special events; researching and writing grants and articles; and miscellaneous duties as required
