Position Overview:
This is an important position in our company, as you are an ambassador to IceStone. In this role you will be speaking with customers, resolving problems and processing orders. Most importantly, you are the first person our customers interact with. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is good-natured, motivated, energetic and self-directed. You should be someone who is not afraid of challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer service requests & complaints

Process orders

Maintain database
-
Answer phones
-
Foster excellent customer interaction by phone, email and face-to-face

General administrative tasks
-
Participate in weekly sales meetings
-
Helping to manage needs of office, ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Support outside sales team
-
Greeting visitors, welcoming them
Qualifications:

Must be good-natured and flexible

Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of organizational skills

4-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
This job requires proficiency in MS Office - Excel experience a plus, Microsoft Windows, and internet applications. Salesforce.com software experience a plus.
