FROGBOX is a sustainable service company that is expanding and needs help delivering our service. 

Position Overview:

The official title for the position is "Customer Experience Manager" because you would be on the front line of our business dealing with our customers and making sure their experience is great. Must have excellent driving record and be comfortable driving 3 tonne truck (no special license required). This is a front line driving position.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 25 Kilos up flights of stairs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with flexible schedules, including Saturday and Sunday
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills to properly represent brand to customers and at occasional community events
  • Must have cell phone with capability to send and receive text messages
  • Must provide steel toed footwear
  • Must be able to get to and from trucks parked in Toronto area
  • May start as part time
  • Background and Driving record checks required

Compensation: Hourly negotiable
