Position Overview:
Massachusetts insulation and weatherization contractor has an opening for Crew Members and Crew Chief to work with our air sealing and insulation crews. The successful candidate will have the skills and knowledge to air seal and insulate a home using blown-in cellulose insulation. This will be field work in all areas of the state.
Qualifications:
You must be willing to work alongside and with other crew members to help complete each project. This is a full time position. Must have a clean and valid DL with no moving violations. BPI certification or Weatherization Boot Camp certified preferred. Steady employment; 1-3 years experience preferred.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience and level of certification.
