Position Overview:

The Corporate Field Trainer will be an extension of Pizza Fusion's Franchise Operations Department and will assist in conducting all training related activities with franchisees and regional developers.? The field trainer will participate at store openings and trainings.?

Responsibilities:

The Corporate Field Trainer plays a key role in the execution of prescribed technical training curriculum, such as brand training, organic food training, and restaurant management Systems training,for new franchisees and their operating partners at the franchisee's home restaurant. ? This position ensures that trainees have the knowledge and basic skills of our standards, values, systems and procedures to operate their restaurants profitably while ensuring customer satisfaction.?

In addition, the Corporate Field Trainer will be responsible for new product roll-outs, customer service initiatives, and quality control.? This position will be a training resource to all franchisees by coordinating on-site training schedules, restaurant evaluations and foster an open interactive relationship with our franchisees.?

As the Corporate Field Trainer, you will review curriculum, edits, and make recommendations for improvements.? You will document franchisees' performance issues, provide feedback regarding performance gaps and share results with franchisees.?

You will be responsible for meeting with franchisees to prepare them for on-site location.? As a Field Trainer you will assist in governing and training RDP process using a disciplined process with success criteria measurement to increase opening store sales above expectations.?

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years restaurant experience with experience in training.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas of management:

-P&L Management
-Food and Labor Cost
-Employee Retention
-Food Safety Systems
-Understanding of Food Production
-Proven experience in training and developing teams
-Posses an interest in the organic food industry and environmental preservation
-Self motivated and directed with proven ability to delegate and troubleshoot independently or with in cross-functional team in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to adapt to changing environments.
-Proficient in conducting training sessions both one-on one and in group sessions.
-Ability to travel nationwide (up to 75% travel) depending on needs.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills proficient with the following:

• Present to large groups in formal classroom setting
• Manages documentation relevant to training and unit's performance

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
