Coordinator

Duties:
Positions are available with PRBO's shrubsteppe bird research program.

A Coordinator is needed for songbird demography project investigating mid to long-term effects of wildfire in mountain big sagebrush habitat (Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge, Nevada).

Duties include oversight of data collection (nest searching and monitoring, color banding, and vegetation sampling) and entry.

Terms:
April 10 - September 10, $2,300 per month

Qualifications:
Previous experience with:

• Nest searching,
• Mist-netting and banding, and
• Supervision of field assistants required.
