Position Overview 

Energy
Efficiency Experts is currently seeking a home sales professional to join our
team as a Comprehensive Home Energy Auditor. This position is a major contributor
to the continued success of our organization. You will be part of a team that
performs energy audits and weatherization services to DC-Metro area homes.
Sustainability is one of the fastest growing industries in the US and this
position allows you to learn the fundamental elements of residential
efficiency.

Responsibilities 

• Complete Home Energy Audits and Test-outs.
• Work standard hours with willingness to perform occasional
  overtime.
• Complete diagnostic testing, including: Blower Door
  Testing, Infrared Camera inspection, Combustion Safety Testing, etc.
• Visually inspect all interior and exterior spaces in a
  home, including crawlspaces and attics, for energy deficiencies. 

Qualifications 

• Honesty, Trustworthiness, and Reliability.
• BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Professional
  Certifications are required.
• Sales and audit experience preferred, College graduate
  preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, reliable and
  presentable vehicle, laptop, and smartphone.
• Ability and willingness to work in small spaces, such as
  attics and crawlspaces. 

Skills
Required: 

• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft
  Office and Google Docs.
• Ability to use mobile device for on-site documentation.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Self-motivated person, capable of both team and independent
  work.
