Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties (Community Action) was established in 1964 as a program of the War on Poverty.  Community Action Agencies became the local service delivery arms of the federal Office of Economic Opportunity.  They remain today one of the only continuously funded anti-poverty programs in the country.

The mission of Community Action is to mobilize community resources to reduce poverty. Community Action is involved in grassroots public policy and community engagement activities, such as community collaborations to create high-impact strategies to end poverty, voter registration drives, legislative hearings, advocacy, and education activities. 

Position Overview: 

Community Action Energy Conservation Program seeks a full time Compliance Coordinator responsible for supervising Energy Auditors & establishing, maintaining, & monitoring an effective compliance program.

Qualifications: 

BA/BS in Business or related field or 7 years combination of education & related work experience. Minimum 5 years weatherization/building science and/or construction background & 2 years supervisory experience required. Department of Energy (DOE) energy program experience preferred. Experience with Davis Bacon Act/Prevailing Wage preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: $39,559 - $49,448 annually. Excellent benefits.
