Position:

Code of Conduct Manager (Brussels)
Levi Strauss Europe, Middle East & Africa
(LSEMA)

Key Challenges Include:
·Being a source of expert advice to all LSEMA management Divisions and
Corporate personnel on the Code of Conduct (COC) and Terms of Engagement
(TOE) needs.

·Communicate with Civil Society Organizations (CSO) on COC related fields.

.Comprehensive understanding of general trends emerging in the various
countries of operation.

·Sensitive to cultural differences (in the countries that we source from)
when dealing with Terms of Engagement issues.

·Develop and maintain systems necessary to manage TOE and which provide easy
efficient and secure access to all users (including Global Sourcing,
Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Corporate Affairs and Security).

·Developing and implementing an effective communications strategy.

Unique Knowledge & Skills will Include:
·Expert knowledge of COC and Human Rights

·Specialized expertise in Environmental protection and management

·Specialized expertise in industrial safety

· Knowledge of production management fundamentals (cutting, sewing,
finishing, facility infrastructure, operations assessments, manufacturing
equipment and water effluents )

·Proficient/fluent in English, knowledge of other languages an asset

·Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)

·Proven track record of presentational work in both technical and
non-technical fields, to multi-skilled audiences

·Strategic planning and organizational skills

·Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

·Strong and proven ability to communicate/deal with senior management and/or
authorities, lawyers, consultants

.Willingness to travel 25 to 30 %
