Coastal/Marine Environmental Project Manager

Posiiton Overview: 

Boutique engineering firm in Miami, FL seeks experienced Project Manager to manage coastal/marine/waterfront projects and process required permits.

Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing/completing environmental impact assessments, code compliance reviews, and other technical analyses.
• This will be done in coordination with other professional design/consulting team members.
• This position also expedites regulatory permits for development projects in Florida and the Caribbean.

• Candidate must have Master's degree in related field such as Marine Biology/Ecology/Geology/Affairs, Coastal/Civil/Structural Engineering, Coastal Zone Management/Planning, or Environmental Science.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience (or Bachelor's plus 5 years of experience).
• Florida-based experienced is preferred.
• Experience reading architectural/engineering plans and an interest in development/environmental law are a plus.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
