Provide follow-up services to clients who have had weatherization services from the In-Home Weatherization Program. The member will spend 40% of their time developing forms, procedures, and tracking data to monitor the effectiveness of weatherization services and provide quality control to insure satisfied clients. This may require phone interviews as well as home visits. The Links volunteer will also be an in-home weatherizer spending 60% of their time working with clients and helping the Program Coordinator complete projects.
