Position Overview

As a Clean Energy Customer Advocate you will speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage, educate them on the economic and environmental benefits of clean energy choices, and enjoy being part of community movement as you grow and maintain your network of customers.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities entail:

• Speaking with potential customers and qualifying them for potential clean energy solutions for their household. This can be in-person at community events, over the phone or via direct inquiry.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the all clean energy offers.
• Communicate professionally, intelligently and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our comprehensive clean energy product offering.
• Tracking and communicating customer lead activity to your supervisor
• Assist with scheduling customer appointments ad service enrollment
• Making the world a better place

Qualifications
