Position Overview:
Full Time Program Officer to serve as the primary liaison between ISC's home office and the ISC Serbia office in Belgrade and to support the rapid expansion of the USAID-funded Serbia Civil Society Advocacy Initiative. Responsible for program implementation support and oversight, monitoring results, communications, coordinating home office and consultant assistance, and budgeting and financial management.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have experience with community-based action, NGO and democracy development, and financial management. Monitoring and evaluation experience and proposal development experience is a plus.
