Chief Financial Officer

Retained search firm engaged in Chief Financial Officer search for rapidly growing solar company. 

Position Overview:

Ideal candidates have tax equity structuring and capital raising experience in renewable space.  The role will spearhead capital raising and also manage Controller and growing accounting/reporting team.  Reports to CEO.  Integral C-level team member with exposure to Board and investors.  

Qualifications:

15 plus years of professional work experience.  MBA a plus.  Previous experience with tax equity capital structuring and raising.
