Nimble Consulting, Inc. has successfully partnered with clients in various industries experiencing significant change - whether driven by new strategy, new leaders, new markets or innovative ideas, shifting customer demands, the economy or regulatory factors.
Position Overview:
We are hiring both full-time employees and contractors for the position of "Change Management Lead Role."
- If you are an Independent Consultant we prefer that you are a corporate entity: S-Corp, C-Corp, LLP -or- have a Business License.
- To be considered for opportunities you must be able to be on-site 5 days a week at client location.
- There is immediate need - beginning in April or May 2013.
- Please note that we are unable to provide Health Insurance Benefits at this time.
Responsibilities:
- You will prepare leadership and end-users for change (technology deployment, process changes, etc.)
- You will plan from a change management perspective and work directly with clients and their stakeholders to prepare for, and manage execution of anticipated change.
- This will be a fast-paced, highly matrixed team environment requiring the ability to drive to the big picture, keep various players accountable and answer to many end-user needs and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in a client delivery (or client-facing) role, preferably in a Fortune 500 or start-up environment.
- Preference given to individuals with experience from management consulting firms and /or those with experience working in large technology deployments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently drive client projects.
- Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity and to adjust personal style to different situations.
- Project management experience with a mixture of clients, vendors and independent consultants.
- Proven experience to structure and develop deliverables (Plan, Roadshow presentations, user adoption metrics, business case for change, email, focus group presentations, etc.).
- Desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and work in a team-based environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience navigating political landscapes.
- Comfortable facilitating and driving discussions with various stakeholders.
- Ability to explain change management and how it is applied with specific examples of tools/deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent written and presentation skills.
- Strong client references required for consideration.
- Helpful Certifications: PMP certification, Change management certification (e.g. ProSci).
