CEQA Technical Director

Develop new client relationships and frame client needs, serve as project manager/director in the preparation of complex CEQA/NEPA documents, act as client liaison, manage the LA team. Bachelors degree required, masters preferred with 10+ years of related experience. Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, strong leadership abilities and have a proven track record in administrative, financial and scheduling issues.
