Business Development/General Manager

Looking for Business Development/General Manager for our Wind Energy Sector to lead the implementation of an ambitious plan to start up, establish and grow this venture.

Duties:

Reporting to the Group Board, the person appointed will be responsible for the start up of the facility, driving operational excellence and growing market share in Ireland and the UK to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer (preferably civil) with a clear track record of managing sales growth and business development.
• The Person will have well developed leadership and people management competence with a team building emphasis.
• An MBA or equivalent with experience in the growth of International Business would be an advantage.
