Healthcare Art Consulting is a small privately held professional consulting firm which caters to the healthcare industry with emphasis on sustainable building and design sector. It is uniquely positioned within this industry to provide visual stimulation programs that may improve community involvement at healthcare facilities, increase revenue opportunities for clients and create sustainable design concepts for long-term facility use.
Position Overview:
Healthcare Art Consulting has established a successful business model and executive professional team, but the growth of the company begins with the addition of a Business Development Consultant. The ideal candidate is a world class sales professional with experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of building design concepts for healthcare facilities. Individuals who are self-starters and are passionate about improving the health of America through sustainable business practices and research based design concepts will be very successful in growing their career.
The company's success depends on selling concepts and ideas by consulting with clients and building strong relationships with C-level executives. The current Business Development Consultant position is located in Dallas, TX with the opportunity to travel within the Metroplex and United States as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect qualified business leads using provided sales tools and business network
- Engage in direct business development contact and actively pursue business leads
- Contribute to fulfillment of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Directly support executive team on sales, client relationship management and business operations
- Lead multiple projects and tasks at various stages in an organized manner
- Communicate and interact with C-level executives, project managers, architects, interior designers, product vendors, and community members
- Manage team members during installation of visual stimulation programs
- Develop and maintain partnerships with clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years professional experience (sales, marketing or consulting)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Project management experience with ability to multi-task
- Ability to create solutions and innovative ideas
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
