Description

Ecosystem Management, Inc. (EMI) is soliciting resumes from qualified individuals for our office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. EMI provides natural resources management for federal, state, tribal and private sectors throughout the southwest and other states in the west.

Responsibilities include: 
(1) Conduct biological surveys and prepare biological assessments.
(2) Utilize expertise in endangered species, flora and fauna, riparian habitats, or other natural resource disciplines.
(3) Delineate wetlands, prepare wetland mitigation plans, and construct wetlands.
(4) Contribute to NEPA documents.
(5) Contribute to preparation of proposals
(6) Candidates must be able to manage the financial performance of individual projects, supervise the work of other staff on occasion and perform fieldwork.

Qualifications:
(1) Degree in biology, ecology, environmental sciences or related discipline.
(2) At least two years of experience in fieldwork and report production.
(3) Excellent writing skills
(4) ArcGIS proficiency desirable.
(5) Ability to work as a team member.
(6) Knowledge of flora and fauna of southwest.
