Position Overview
TRC is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Associate Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative energy efficiency and sustainability programs serving institutional, commercial and industrial market sectors.
Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, eligible candidates will be a hands-on, skilled manager with a combination of management and technical experience. The majority of the work will be performed out of our Pennsylvania offices and may require 10-15% travel.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated Leadership, creativity and passion for business promoting energy efficiency and sustainability with a 3-5 years of program and employee management experience;
- Candidates must be team oriented, forward thinking managers;
- Hands-on management experience in a fast-paced consulting environment with exceptional attention to detail and client service;
- Success in developing and implementing plans and management of budgets and resources;
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written; and
- Understanding of energy efficiency and conservation in commercial buildings is a strong plus.
